After releasing the audio a few hours ago, Asake has released the official music video for his latest single “Amapiano.”.
In Amapiano’s album, Asake is collaborating with Olamide to prepare his second studio album, Work of Art, which is scheduled for release on June 15, 2023.
Produced by Magicsticks, “Amapiano” is an infectious, up-tempo song that’s uniquely atmospheric with Asake’s melodic chorus and Olamid’s elegant verses.
As the title suggests, based on a monumental milestone in the South African genre, ‘Ama Piano’, Asake presents his fans with a classic for the release of his second album.
“Work Of Art,” Asake’s anticipated sophomore album, is a 14-track effort that has so far featured Olamide. It followed his previous singles “2:30” and “Yoga,” which were released in April and January, respectively.
Check out the colorful video for the song, directed by TG Omori. The dance and costumes in the video are incredible.
