Sarkodie and Bob Marley and The Wailers work together on a new rendition of the classic song “Stir It Up.”
Sarkodie, who hails from Ghana, popularizes Africa with his massive lines and vocals on Bob Marley and The Wailers’ hit song.

“One of the highest moments in my career/Life,” Sarkodie wrote after contributing to the song. It is such a privilege to have my vocals next to the legend’s original vocals.

Additionally, Bob Marley and The Wailers as well as MOG Beatz of Ghana produced Sarkodie’s rendition of the song, “Stir It Up.”

Bob Marley wrote the song “Stir It Up” in 1967. Bob Marley and the Wailers performed it for the first time that year, and it was released as a single.

For their album Catch a Fire the following year, Marley and the Wailers redubbed the song.

Quotable Lyrics:

Stir it up
Little darlin’, stir it up
Come on, baby
Come on and stir it up
Little darlin’, stir it up

Come on and stir it up
Little darlin’, stir it up
Come on, baby
Come on and stir it up, yeah
Little darlin’, stir it up, oh-oh

Stir it up (Come on)
Little darlin’, stir it up
Our business, baby
Come on and stir it up (Oh-oh)
Little darlin’, stir it up oh-oh (Stir it up)
