Armando Broja, a Chelsea striker, says he has no doubts about his ability to compete for a first-team spot.
Broja recently signed a new six-year contract with the club after spending last season on loan at Southampton.
Broja told the Evening Standard that he’s excited to be playing for the Blues this season.
“You see speculation in the news, but I am here now at Chelsea and have signed my contract, so I am delighted to be here,” he told reporters, according to the Evening Standard.
“I’ve always been a confident boy, so it’s important for me to maintain that and remain confident.” I believe I can contribute significantly to the team. I will comply.
