Burna Boy was also represented by a team during the all-white-themed Tipsy Musical Festival at Bayfront Park, which he headlined.

The name is thought to be inspired by Burna Boy’s famous tune “Last Last,” in which he says… “I need Igbo and shayo (Shayo).”

Burna Boy speaks about heartbreak, moving on, and mending from “emotional wounds” with cannabis (Igbo) and booze in those words (shayo).

The song’s video has 94 million views on YouTube and is the first single from his latest album, “Love, Damini,” which was released on July 8th, 2022, through Atlantic Records. Chopstix produced the afrobeats music, which samples Toni Braxton’s iconic 2000 single “He Wasn’t Man Enough.”
