Nigerian musician, Davido sparked outrage on social media after referring to Burna Boy as a “new cat.”
In a recent interview with Brut Afrique, the Nigerian music artist claimed that he and Wizkid took the Afrobeat sound worldwide. He also revealed that Burna Boy, Rema, Fireboy, and Asake are “new cats” that have recently promoted the Afrobeat genre abroad.
