Afrobeats superstar Davido recently paid a call to Nigerian comedian Kiekie and brought a lot to the table.
When his only child, Ifeanyi, was killed in a domestic tragedy a few weeks ago, the singer suddenly abandoned social media.
Davido declared his return in a brief video uploaded to his social media platforms, as well as talked about his forthcoming album Timeless, which is set to be released on March 31, 2023.
Recall that news made the rounds in 2022 that Davido and Lover Chioma Rowland had gotten married but it wasn’t verified by either of them.
However, in a recent interview with Skitmaker Kiekie, the music star confirmed his marriage to Chioma, discussed his musical hiatus, and his forthcoming album, Timeless.
Davido stated that taking a musical break allowed him to reflect on his music, family, and other parts of his life.
When asked about his new album, the DMW Boss stated that ‘Timeless’ and a music tour would be available before his four-month hiatus from music.
He also stated that after his son died, he had to remake the album’s tracks.
