Florence Otedola, a billionaire heiress and famous disc jockey known as DJ Cuppy, has given £100,000 to Oxford University as part of her initiative to support African graduates at the university.
Cuppy, who recently received an MSC in African studies from Oxford, created the ‘Cuppy African Oxford Fund’ as a scholarship fund for Africans.
The singer announced the fund on her Twitter page, which aims to support future African leaders by providing them with the required skills, resources, and networks to maximize their impact across Africa and beyond.
She also stated that her aim for the next ten years is to assist people in reaching their full potential through education.
