Exceptional music by the American record label Blood, Sweat & Tears, founded by American rapper J. Along with Ghanaian rapper Black Sherif, American rapper Bas, and Nigerian recording artist and singer Kel-P, rapper Cole collaborates with them.

In 2019, Black Sherif launched his career by posting the song “Cry For Me” to YouTube. On May 25, 2020, he released “Money,” his debut song, along with a music video. His single “First Sermon,” which was released in May 2021, expanded his audience. The song’s follow-up, “Second Sermon,” was released in July and featured Burna Boy, another African musician.

His breakthrough came in March 2022 with the release of his single “Kwaku The Traveller,” which peaked at number one on the Apple Music charts in Ghana and Nigeria and went on to become his most popular song. In October, he released The Villain I Never Was, his debut album, with the help of the singles “45” and “Soja.” 

The musician creates a sound that is similar to a breath of fresh air by combining the explosive tempo and intensity of Afrobeats with the percussive and electronic vibes of Electronic Dance Music.
