Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford has been named Premier League Player of the Month three times this season,
tying him with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah for the most such accolades.
Salah established a record for the most Player of the Month awards in the 2017-18 season.
Rashford received the award in September, January, and February after scoring four goals in five games.
Kelechi Iheanacho, Bernd Leno, Emerson Royal, Manor Solomon, and Ollie Watkins were among the six men on the February selection. Rashford was named Player of the Month for the fourth time in his tenure.
Rashford is the first player to receive the award in consecutive months since Ilkay Gundogan in January and February of 2021. This season, he has 26 goals and nine assists in all categories.
Meanwhile, United boss Erik ten Hag was named Manager of the Month for the second time.
The Red Devils went unbeaten in February and are presently third in the Premier League after four games, with ten points.
Ten Hag earned the club’s first trophy in six years, the EFL Cup, while also receiving the manager’s award in September.
