Nollywood filmmaker Otu Njama has died.
His death follows that of his colleague, Biyi Bandele, on August 9.
Sources say Otu died Friday night, August 9, according to his sister, Judith.
He was discovered dead in his home in First Unity Estate in Badore, Ajah, Lagos state, around 9 p.m.
According to reports, the director had gone to his doctor for a checkup previous to his death and was advised to rest due to high blood pressure.
Njama is said to have declined the advice, citing a show on August 11th.
His body was discovered in his home after he had dined and retired for the night, according to reports.
According to his sister, a medicine was located in his home, and a Google search indicated that it was for high blood pressure. Her brother, she claimed, never told her about his health concerns.
