The filmmaker Frederick Leonard has had enough of having his name and reputation linked to the scam.
The actor has now come forward in response to complaints from con artists who impersonate as him and cheat his fans out of their hard-earned money.
He shared screenshots of their talks and emphasised how the female admirer was almost perceptive until she decided to be evasive and tried to play reverse psychology, without realising that he was presently going through menstruation.
He asserted that those who fall victim to online fraud are equally at fault as the imposters.
He instructed his admirers and followers not to email or message him once they had been tricked.
