Joseph Akinwale, better known as Joeboy, a Nigerian pop superstar, has revealed that he has spent more than N50 million Naira on his girlfriend.
The singer revealed this in an interview with Pulse, noting that it is the total amount he has spent since he began dating her two years ago.
When asked about his lover boy persona and whether he likes to spoil his babe, Joeboy confirmed that he enjoys spoiling his woman.
“You’re correct. I enjoy spoiling my lady. “As for the money I spent on her, let us say it was more than 50 million Naira,” Joeboy said.
The singer stated that he was done with the streets, and his social media posts have been about his partner.
He also stated that, while fans are curious about her identity, he intends to keep it a secret so that fans can continue to speculate about who she is.
Joeboy said; “Her identity will continue to remain unknown. Everyone can continue to wonder who she is.
When quizzed about how he thinks his female fans will react to news of his two year old relationship, the ‘baby’ crooner stated that he’s entitled to have a girlfriend and he expects his female fans to understand this.
