A year after winning Nigerian Idol, she landed her first film role as Lucia in Yvonne Nelson’s film, House of Gold, alongside Yvonne Nelson, Majid Michel, and Omawumi, among others. House of Gold won Best Picture at the Ghana Movie Awards and Best Ghanaian Film at the City People Awards in 2013.
Nathaniel began his musical career in church before joining the Rhodes Orchestra and playing the trumpet for two years. He was just an ordinary trumpeter until he composed a song during a visit to Stella Obasanjo, former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s late wife. Bassey was a key performer at the Nigerian Christian gathering The Experience in 2018. [3] Elohim, his debut album, was recorded and mixed in Cape Town, South Africa in 2008. It has been described as a spiritual and artistic masterpiece, with the hit song “someone’s knocking at the door,” a soft-rock song that is currently generating a lot of interest both locally and internationally.
