After winning the US Open, Carlos Alcaraz said he was more motivated to win other awards.
Alcaraz won the US Open and a grand slam title for the first time in his young career by defeating Casper Ruud 6-4, 2-6, 7-6, 6-3.
Alcaraz responded by expressing optimism for future victories.
“I’m craving more. I want to stay at the top for a very long time. Hope for many years,” Alcaraz said.
“After this week and these incredible two weeks, I’m going to work hard again. I’ll fight for the right to more of this.
“I find it crazy. At 19 years old, I never imagined I would accomplish something like that, Alcaraz said.
