He claims that schools teach the history of the white man and the Queen of England rather than the events of centuries ago in Africa.
In a recent interview, Burna Boy also stated that the Nigerian education system teaches its students that they are powerless and inferior to whites.
He emphasized that children and youths are taught things that are irrelevant to Nigerians, and he wants to teach the history of Nigeria prior to its colonizers.
The ‘Question Coroner’ went on to say that children and youths are being taught things that are irrelevant to Nigerians and that Nigerian history prior to colonization should be taught instead.
